Personal Analysis of my own level
I think that I can situated my work between the descriptive and the analytical levels. I definitely need to improve my skills in order to reach the analytical and insightful levels. I should be more confident about my opinions and analysis in order to add it in my work without any fear.

With this short video, Expedia explain how easy it can be to travel using its App.
This campaign is very attractive and shows to the customer all the services offered.
They are demonstrating that Expedia is not only selling services but also following and assisting you during your whole trip.
This is definitely an excellent campaign to build strong relationship between the OTA and the customer.
